 how to increase fan base with high gas prices open up 1 to 2 grandstands,with a 75.00 price for ticket and all you can eat,this would let fans afford to spend more on items for sale at track.I WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH JOEY CHITWOOD,I KNEW HIS FATHER FROM ACROSS THE STREET 16TH,AT DIRT TRACK WHERE HE DID STUNTS WITH CARS..YEARS AGO. I AM VERY CREATIVE,RETIRED FROM CITY OF INDPLS PARKS AND RECREATION CREATING WAYS TO MAKE MONEY FOR THE CITY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OVER A 27 YEAR EMPLOYMENT.
