 mom lost 1st husband in accident at 500. I dont really know all facts, but she told me that she was married to a car driver who lost his life racing in the 500. she told me that she knows rodger penske, and sammy bog the quarterback of old. she remarried in september 1950 in las vegas, nv. she passedaway from surgery in downey, ca. a week before mothers day 1980. if any one could help me to find info. tks.
